By accessing or using WickLabs products, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our products or services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
WickLabs and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, indicators, algorithms, source code, designs, and logic) are and will remain the exclusive property of WickLabs and its licensors.
UNAUTHORIZED USE, COPYING, OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PROPRIETARY ALGORITHMS OR SOURCE CODE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
3. Trading Risk & Financial Disclaimer
Trading futures, options, and equities involves substantial risk. WickLabs is not a registered investment advisor. Our indicators are educational tools. Any trades you make are entirely at your own risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Software License & Restrictions
When you purchase a WickLabs indicator, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
- Individual Use Only: Licensing is tied to a single user. Group sharing is strictly forbidden.
- Machine Limit: Each license is limited to a maximum of two (2) machine activations at any given time.
- Prohibited Conduct: You shall not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party.
- No Modification: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, de-obfuscate, or disassemble the software.
- No Commercial Exploitation: You may not use our signals or indicators to provide a commercial signal service or similar advisory product without explicit written consent.
5. Anti-Piracy & Monitoring
To protect our intellectual property, our software includes technological measures (Digital Rights Management) to prevent unauthorized use.
The software performs periodic "heartbeat" checks to verify license validity. This process transmits your machine fingerprint and email to our secure servers. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or modify these licensing checks will result in immediate and permanent license revocation without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds and disputes are handled by Gumroad (Merchant of Record) according to their policies. We provide free trials to ensure the product meets your needs before purchase.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WickLabs and its employees, contractors, and officers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WickLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our software.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Bucharest, Romania.
