Is WickFlow a replacement for NinjaTrader Order Flow+?
It depends what you use Order Flow+ for. WickFlow replaces the part where you read a footprint to find trapped traders, absorption, and imbalances. It detects those patterns and marks them on your candles. It does not replace the Market Depth Map or DOM heatmap. Many traders run both: Order Flow+ for raw depth, WickFlow for signals.
Do I need Order Flow+ to run WickFlow?
No. WickFlow calculates bid/ask aggression directly from raw Level 1 tick data, so it does not require the Order Flow+ add-on or a funded account. You do need Tick Replay enabled for accurate historical signals.
